- Developing Corrective Action: Based on the analysis, devlop a set of corrective actions to address the identified root auses and prevent similar incidents in the future. These actions may include training programs, process, improvements, equipment modifications, or policy changes.
- Implementing and monitoring: Implement the corrective actions and closely monitor their effectiveness to ensure that the desired improvements are acheived.
