What is Near miss & Why it is important to report ?
Near misses are events that could have lead to bodily harm or property loss but didn’t but if property damage or body harm then it incident
For example, CHEMICAL DRUM without LABEL, The missing label itself is not a near miss, but if an employee is nearly injured by the improperly labeled substance, the event would be considered a near miss.
